The customization offered by the Jeep for all its models is very broad, but can be further augmented through official Mopar accessories. At the Paris Motor Show 2016 two copies will be presented, one Jeep Renegade and another Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, showing the possibilities offered by Mopar. Speaking of the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, this incorporates the MoparONE package further enhancing its already very high off-road capabilities. This Wrangler was heavily ‘moparized’, and at first glance its exterior in ‘Hyper Green’ color and an interior upholstered in black leather. 2016 – JEEP WRANGLER 6X6 G. PATTON TOMAHAWK

What appears in the gallery images is not a Mercedes-AMG G 63 6×6 modified by some first-rate preparer. It is a model designed in far-off China. A preparer for the Asian giant named G. Patton took advantage of the recent Chengdu 2016 Hall to present the new Tomahawk, based on a Jeep Wrangler. More specifically, what we see in the images is a Jeep Wrangler 6×6 created by G. Patton and along with it offer us a clear reminder of the Mercedes-AMG G 63 6×6. Starting from the base of a standard Wrangler, the G. Patton staff added an additional third axle to the rear and thus managed to give the model an extreme and radical image. According to the company during their presentation, to create the Tomahawk they cut the Jeep Wrangler from its C-pillar and added a pickup truck (closed). Other changes that catch the eye are the new grille as well as several rear adjustments. Nor can we pass without commenting on the 17-inch light alloy wheels worn by Mickey Thompson tires. Interior images have not been released, but are expected to have augmented the Jeep Wrangler 6×6 cabin with new leather upholstery, as well as orange colored trim and surfaces to create an interesting contrast with the exterior image. In mechanical terms, G. Patton added a new compressor to the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine, although he did not reveal the performance and performance figures presented by the Jeep Wrangler 6×6. It is not yet known whether G. Patton Tomahawk will be mass-produced and marketed, and if it does, it will probably only be available in China for a really high price.

2016 – JEEP WRANGLER 75TH SALUTE

75 years agoWillys-Overland Motor was awarded a contract to provide vehicles to the United States Army. The car was none other than the Willys MB, which shortly after would be known worldwide as Jeep. Now the brand that belongs to the FCA Group wants to celebrate the event and for that has created the Jeep Wrangler 75th Salute. As you would expect from his name and circumstances, the all-terrain gets a décor that brings him closer to his ‘great-grandfather’. Its body appears with a military aspect in olive green and graphics finished in bronze. In addition, it underwent some major changes, since the B-pillar and the doors were eliminated, and a steel bumper with tow hooks was added. Other details that catch the attention of the Wrangler 75th Salute are the low-back canvas seats, the locks on the exterior of the hood and the steppe on the back. It will also defend off the asphalt, as it uses 16-inch steel wheels, which are paved by 32-inch all-terrain tires. From its interior still no images have appeared. The Jeep Wrangler 75th Salute is based on the current Wrangler Sport and will carry a 3.6-liter V6 Pentastar engine coupled to a six-speed manual transmission. Nothing to do with the Willys MB, which with its reduced dimensions and a weight of less than 600 kg, had full traction and only two speeds. During World War II 647,925 units of this model were manufactured.
